Our academy’s Summer Tennis Camp is a structured training program divided by age groups and skill levels, focusing on technical development and gameplay experience. Here’s an overview of each category:

Red Ball (Ages 4-7)

  • Uses red balls, which are softer and have a lower bounce, making it easier for young children to learn.
  • Smaller courts and lighter racquets.
  • Focus on basic fundamentals, motor coordination, and fun.

 

Orange Ball (Ages 7-10)

  • Uses orange balls, which have a medium bounce and are slightly faster than red balls.
  • Courts are slightly larger than those used for Red Ball.
  • Introduction to longer rallies and basic strategy concepts.

 

Green Ball (Ages 10-12)

  • Uses green balls, which are almost the size and weight of regular balls but still slightly slower.
  • Players begin using full-size courts.
  • Emphasis on technique and early tactical aspects of the game.

 

Junior Development (Ages 10-14)

  • Transition to regular balls and full-size courts.
  • Focus on technical improvement, physical development, and basic strategy application.
  • More drills and simulated matches.

 

Junior High Performance (Ages 12-18)

  • For players aiming for high performance, competitions, and tournaments.
  • Intensive training focused on technical, physical, and mental development.
  • Strategic planning for competitions.
  • May include private training sessions, video analysis, and specialized fitness conditioning.
